Work Based Accredited Training
The Royal Agricultural College delivers training programmes throughout the UK and worldwide to cater for the ever increasing demand for individuals with high level skills. The college specialises in agricultural and land management, the food industry, animal science, land-based engineering, business and leadership and the environmental sector.
A dedicated business development team work to accredit higher level programmes for employers, training providers and FE Colleges. Programmes can be a combination of work-based learning, short courses and tailor made courses.

Training courses can be designed to meet your individual business’s training needs and support you in providing excellent development routes for the key people in your business. Focusing on increasing personal and business performance where both the learner and their employer can benefit.
Training courses will include assessment at Higher Education quality assured standards through the Royal Agricultural College accreditation system.

The RAC provides accreditation to support your higher level training and progression.
Working collaboratively with colleges and training providers the Royal Agricultural College Business Development Team will help you develop and provide demand-led and employer-client focused accredited Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and training provision and their employer can benefit.
Training courses will include assessment at Higher Education quality assured standards which could lead to higher level awards and qualifications from the Royal Agricultural College.
